Due to the corona virus crises, a lot of people have been left to deal with the unknown - will they have their jobs and salaries?
We in Share Force One believe that during this time it is especially important to work for the same cause.
Situations change quickly and the future is unknown for a lot of companies and their workers.
Some companies are in need of additional workforce and others are facing the reality of not being able to offer jobs anymore.
We have developed a platform for companies in need of workforce and vice versa. Sharing your workforce at this time of crisis is caring.
Share Force One helps companies ensure their employees still have a job and get paid for it.
How Share Force One works?
Workforce employer fills out the form with the information about their available employees. Workforce renter fills out the form with the information about employees they currently need.
Share Force One matches the employer and the renter and will contact them. We will send model contracts to be filled out.
Further communication will take place between the employer and the renter. Any kind of financial agreements are made between the employer and the renter. Share Force One is happy to assist with questions regarding the platform.
We also provide drafted model contracts (companies sign a service agreement that sets out the fee for the service provided by the workforce renter and the annexes to the contracts with the employees). The signed service agreement enters into force at the moment when the workforce renter has signed the annex to the employment contract with the employee. The idea is that the employee has to give his or her prior consent for working temporarily on another job. The salary will be paid by the orginal employer, which means that we offer companies the opportunity to maintain their employment relationship with their employees without having to train new employees after the crisis.

How does Share Force One work?
We have developed a platform for companies in need of workforce and vice versa. Workforce employer is a company whose employees are out of work.
Workforce renter is a company who is in need of additional employees.
Step 1: Workforce employer fills out the form with the information about their available employees.
Step 2: Workforce renter fills out the form with the information about employees they need currently.
Step 3: Share Force One matches the employer and the renter.
Step 4: Share Force One will put the employer and the renter in contact. Share Force One will send model contracts to be filled out.
Step 5: Further communication will take place between the employer and the renter. Any kind of financial agreements are made between the employer and the renter. Share Force One is happy to assist with questions regarding the platform.
We have drafted model contracts - this is an annex to the original employment contract. Workforce employer and workforce renter will conclude service agreements.

Share Force One is a business to business (B2B) platform created for companies. Individual users cannot register currently.

Is there a minimum/maximum amount of employees/job opportunities companies can submit?
There are no minimum requirements for workforces. All companies in need can contact Share Force One.

This problem solving applies not only in times of crisis, but can be even more vital in helping the companies to get back on their feet as quickly as possible. We wanted to go on a skiing holiday in Italy. Failed! Decided to go to Tyrol, Austria anyways. Super nice vacation, but one day before we decided with our gut feeling to escape with our van, since the corona virus crisis escalated. Took us 27 hours to get back to Tartu, Estonia and from there to Tallinn. At the same time Garage48 started a hackathon Hack the Crisis, to tackle the Coronavirus pandemic crisis and emerge from the crisis stronger than ever.
We decided to participate and our idea came up as our team consists of people who are employers themselves in the restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, retail and event marketing sectors. Our team faced the questions - what to do with our employees and how to make sure our companies survive these difficult times? At the same time we saw in the media that there are companies in deep need of workforce and understood that there is a solution for both problems.
We spent 27 hours hacking in our van and developed a concept - Share Force One. As we started communicating with potential companies, we immediately saw tremendous interest. We designed a simple web platform and drafted relevant legal contracts that would allow companies to quickly share workforces to accelerate the process.
We finally arrived safe in our hometown of Tartu and were fortunate to cross all the borders before the closure. As we had to stay in quarantine, our team gathered together to work with the platform at full speed. We got confirmation from 7 companies who have almost 500 available employees and 7 companies who need additional workforce. After 40 hours the first transition was made between the employer and the renter.
Our final pitch was tremendously successful – Sales Force One was one of the five winners! As a prize we received full support from Accelerate Estonia and 5000€ to use for further development during the emergency situation. In addition we won a special prize and mentorship from Bolt. All this in 48 hours!
